Overview
Echidna Cams ships orders Australia-wide, including to remote and regional areas. We use Australia Post and courier services depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
For international orders, please contact us at admin@echidnacams.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We do not charge a flat rate — costs are calculated accurately to reflect the actual cost of delivery to your location.
Orders to remote and regional areas may incur higher shipping costs than metropolitan destinations due to carrier pricing. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post or our courier partners at the time of dispatch and will be included in your tracking notification. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected.
We are not able to guarantee delivery timeframes. Remote and regional deliveries may take longer than metropolitan deliveries. Echidna Cams is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. For trade account holders purchasing via purchase order, orders are processed once payment has been received.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment being received. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your delivery through the relevant carrier's website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Echidna Cams is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at admin@echidnacams.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been dispatched.
Remote and Regional Delivery
We ship to all areas of Australia including remote and regional locations. If you are located in a remote area and have concerns about delivery, please contact us at admin@echidnacams.com before placing your order and we will confirm arrangements with you.
International Orders
Echidna Cams primarily ships within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at admin@echidnacams.com before ordering. We will assess international shipping on a case by case basis and provide you with a shipping quote and any applicable customs or import duty information relevant to your country.
Echidna Cams is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at admin@echidnacams.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at admin@echidnacams.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
