Do we need an IT team to manage this?

No. The system is designed to be managed by operations teams, not IT departments. The Echidna Burrow handles connectivity and data management in the field. The platform is browser-based and requires no on-premise infrastructure or specific software to be installed.

Who is responsible if the unit is damaged or stolen in the field?

Full terms covering damage, theft, liability, and replacement are set out in your Service and Licensing Agreement, which we'll walk you through before deployment. For customers who want additional peace of mind, Echidna Care covers priority support, and accelerated hardware replacement for a small monthly fee.
